Each week, enjoy an invigorating warm-up, practice dance steps, and different choreography. Class combines modern, ballet, and jazz techniques to provide you with an enjoyable introduction to dancing and a relaxing workout. No experience necessary. Please wear clothes that are comfortable to move and stretch in, such as leggings or sweat pants with an exercise top or cotton t-shirt.
